Restoring Human Performance with Recovery Guides Recovery Guides are easy to follow physiothera..
Recovery Guides Company founded in 2006 researches and develops post-operative exercise protocols. These guides are developed for use by Orthopaedic surgeon’s, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, as well as the individual patients. We provide simple patient education solutions to improve surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
The RECOVERY GUIDES team includes experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists as well as a professional production team. All our physiotherapists continue to treat patients everyday with hands-on manual techniques and exercise prescription. Relevant peer-reviewed journals from musculo-skeletal, rehabilitation, sports medicine, physiotherapy, physical therapy and exercise physiology fields are reviewed and protocols updated with each new Recovery Guide edition. Each guide has been carefully developed, tested and retested in private clinics specializing in orthopaedic rehabilitation and sports injuries since 2006.
